  • Make My Song retains copyright ownership of all created songs.
  • Customers receive a non-exclusive, personal license to use their song for private purposes.
  • Commercial use, resale, or modifications require written permission.

5️⃣ Refunds & Revisions

  • Orders that have not been fulfilled are eligible for a full refund.
  • Once a song is delivered, it is non-refundable, except for file errors or incorrect orders.
  • We offer up to two free revisions on delivered songs.

6️⃣ Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Make My Song is not responsible for:
    • Delays due to technical issues beyond our control.
    • Customer dissatisfaction based on subjective artistic preferences.
    • Unauthorized sharing or misuse of songs after delivery.
